luck44 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and luck44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at luck44.site and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. luck44 does not permit gaming by minors. • Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• Accurate Information: All information provided during account registration — including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, mobile number, date of birth, and email address — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• Personal Account: Your luck44 account is strictly personal. You may not permit any third party to access, operate, or benefit from your account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by luck44 or any affiliated gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of attempted registration.

luck44 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria above are not satisfied.

luck44 operates under an international gaming license and is obligated to implement robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by our licensing conditions and applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. During the KYC review period, you may continue to play and bet; however, withdrawals will be held pending verification completion. luck44 may, at its discretion, impose deposit limits or other restrictions on unverified accounts.

luck44 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made through supported payment methods. The following terms govern all deposit transactions on the luck44 Platform:

• Supported Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). luck44 may add or remove payment methods from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for e-wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and PKR 500 for bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are denominated in USDT equivalent.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from legitimate, lawful sources. Deposits from third-party payment sources or with borrowed funds are strictly prohibited. luck44 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where funds are determined to be of third-party origin.
• Deposit Timing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your luck44 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 5–15 minutes. luck44 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• No Deposit Fees: luck44 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the depositing user and are not reimbursed by luck44.
• Failed Deposits: In the event of a deposit failure, funds will be returned to the originating payment source within the timeframe applicable to that payment method. Users experiencing failed deposit issues should contact luck44 support with their transaction reference number.

luck44 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay for all verified account holders. The following terms apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• KYC Prerequisite: Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. luck44 will not release funds to unverified accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200 for e-wallet methods and PKR 500 for bank transfer methods.
• Processing Times: Standard withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa complete within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals over PKR 1,000,000 may be subject to a compliance review of up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or a verified method registered to your luck44 account. luck44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Fees: luck44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawal network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount at prevailing network rates.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus balances.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the luck44 Platform. Category-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and fishing games are set out in the applicable product-specific terms available within each section of the Platform.

• All bets and wagers placed on luck44 are final once confirmed by the Platform. luck44 does not allow cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly provided for in these Terms or the applicable category rules.
• luck44 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed on the basis of erroneous odds, a technical malfunction, or a manifest pricing error. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum win limits apply to all bets and may vary by product category and market type. Current maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• luck44 operates a palpable error policy. Odds or prices that are manifestly incorrect (palpable errors) will not be honoured, and bets placed at such odds will be voided regardless of outcome.

• PSL, T20 international, One Day International, and Test cricket markets on luck44 are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Match abandonments and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are settled per the applicable cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• Live in-play bets on luck44 are accepted subject to a short delay after the point of bet placement to prevent exploitation of live broadcast advantages.

• All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, lottery draws) on luck44 use certified random number generation systems that are independently audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are disclosed within the game information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the luck44 Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Allowing any third party to use, operate, or benefit from your luck44 account
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human play
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption involving sporting events offered on the Platform
• Systematic abuse of the luck44 bonus system, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across accounts, and coordinated promotional exploitation
• Accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

luck44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account sharing
• Identification of a duplicate account registered to the same individual
• A user's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Regulatory requirements or direction from our licensing authority

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player's voluntary request and no prohibited activity is implicated, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of KYC if not already done.

• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Set maximum session durations and request periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of your time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). Cooling-off requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the luck44 Platform. Self-exclusion applies across all luck44 products. Requests are processed within 24 hours and the exclusion period cannot be reduced once confirmed.

All content on the luck44 Platform — including but not limited to the luck44 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game content — is the proprietary intellectual property of luck44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck44 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any luck44 Platform content without prior written consent from luck44.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck44 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures outside of luck44's direct control
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which exclusion of liability would be unlawful under applicable law. luck44's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your luck44 account at the time the relevant claim arose.

The collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data by luck44 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering for a luck44 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

luck44 processes personal data — including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, transaction records, and betting history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck44 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of luck44's licensing jurisdiction.

luck44 provides an internal dispute resolution process for player complaints. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should submit their complaint in writing to the email address set out in Section 16 of these Terms. luck44 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 10 business days. If a player remains unsatisfied following luck44's internal resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

For material changes to these Terms, luck44 will provide advance notice via platform notification or email to your registered account address where reasonably practicable.

Your continued access to and use of the luck44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
